Well, I could find those websites that help modification of your PSP...But the service charge is too high that I think I can't afford it. I know most of the people said that it is risky to mod your PSP. But I really wanna mod it. I could pay for the service around $45 - $50 is my maxium. With the modchip, that is way beyond my budget. However, if anybody could provide me with a website that has PSP installation service and charge is about my budget, I will be giving them a million thanks.

Its quite illegal for them to charge you. Its third-party stuff.

You got to downgrade your PSP then upgrade to a custom firmware. You can mod it all for free that way.

Im pretty sure he meant hardware mod. like changing face plates, adding mod chip, and adding lcd and stuff.

No Ebay is not trustworthy. Besides, I have searched ebay and they only do downgrade and flash your firmware and they don't do modification of the hardware.
