I need help workin my action replay

My action replay is'nt workin i dont know what im doin wrong.i download the files from the codejunkies site put them on my pc database and put them on my memory card,plug my memory card into my xbox,copy them to my xbox hard drive,there they are,so i load up the profile or gametype but everythings the same no cheats/mods,can someone help me?

It does that to me too. Except one time where I was really out of Delta Halo with a Banshee on Halo 2.

except not a single one has worked for me
have u figured out how to solve the problem
also i think i might know what it causes it,where do u live cause if u live in the uk and u r downloading a file that is an american file (it says US at start of file when u download it) then it would not work or vise versa
