I tried the code but unfortunately I got a "code error" prompt. Thanks for the help though. Is there anything that i may be doing wrong? I entered the code exactly as you have it (without the spaces) and without ta SIM in the handset.

Ok, i'll try your code again. I just double checked the IMMEI to make sure i wasnt giving bad info. An yeah, the phone is locked to 338 180 C&W Jamaica.

They are do not share the same MNC, 2 separate companies.

Before you try any more codes what network actually works in the phone, Bmobile or Cable and Wireless ???

I think i hard-locked the handset. None of the codes worked and on my last attemt i got the promt "cant undo restriction" lol. I guess it just wasnt meant to be. Thanks alot though.
