I'm looking into modding my Xbox but was wondering about the drivers for SATA card. First of all, I have a Dell XPS from a couple years back and was wondering if the internal SATA connections on my motherboard are compatible, and how to update them if they are? I have other questions too but one at a time.

P.S. I was watching the video tutorial and the guy used "crot" (sp) cables to ground the electricity? Do I have to use this?

if its a samsung you should really get the via6421 pci sata card which is guaranteed to work. trust me don't try the other sata connections its useless and rarely ever work.

and instead of those cables just take a paper clip or a wire and connect the 360 steel case with the pc steel case.
