hey can someone help! me

i got this program called XBOX Game Selector (Hacked XDEMOS) for making your own games menu's with list of games and there pitures.

I install it on my xbox hd i have read the steup on it, but i can't seem to get it to run the games i want, unless it doesn't run from the hd just dvd r or rw disc only in the config it say's..
TITLE=Halo
INFO=FPS
GFX=HALO.png
DIR=f:/games/halo
and try dir=f:/games/halo/defaut.xbe so on..
the menu boots up and all just when i pick a
game to play it goes to the next screen saying loading but it just sits nothing happens i think it just only works from
a dvdr or dvd rw not from the hd

any help would be good ????
