you don't. why do you think Xbox Live has anti cheat rules and bans people for cheating? It is because it ruins the game for everyone else who plays with you.

You want to be with the rest of the cheaters then use Xlink Kai or XBconnect. They are both free and have no anti-cheating runles so you can leave your trainers on all day long if you want.
