Why PIN number on Dbox2?

I have a Nokia Dbox2 with sportster image and all was working fine.
But lately, all the movie channels now ask for a pin number and say press red button.

But pressing red button does not work, nor does entering a pin.

What do I need to do? I have already tried re-scanning the channels.

Please help!

It was posted several times on this forum.
You get every movie channel twice. One channel with the pin screen and one channel with the real picture and the extension hid in the name.
