i tried tmpgenc to cut a video but in the merge and cut section i cant get it to cut at the end of the video. it always cuts it at 308mb.. is there another cutter out there free and with no water marks

Yes there is But I know of only Freeware Mpeg2 cutters...One is Called "Mpeg2Cut" and the other is called "Chopper XP" OHHhh and wait I know of another that comes with a Mpeg2 Plugin for TMPGEnc, You can get it here: h**p://w*w.marumo.ne.jp/mpeg2/m2v_vfp-0.6.38.lzh ...I think this one works with Mpeg1 files also, The other ones can be found by doing a Quick search on Google..But the Best Mpeg editor Is "Womble Mpeg2VCR" it can also fix errors in Mpeg files which is good with downloaded Mpeg files..I don"t have a Link to it off hand but if you e-mail me I"ll Find it for you...Cheers
