It will load the save game automatically and it will reset the psp.Once this happens go to your system information and check the version and make sure it says 3.03 HEN.After that precede with the downgrade proces and follow the tutorial.
ok, so when i put GTA in, it will load automaitcally (even though i dont have a save game file) and it will reset the psp automatically. I dont have to do anything?

WOOOOT!!! thanks silentdan for all ur help man. i really appreciate it. what can i use to play psp & psx iso's and gba emulators? do i need devhook? what is the easiest way to do all this? Also, can i format my memory stick now which will remove all the files i added!
