First:
In order for shrink to be able to recognize/find your burner, you need to have either DVD Decrypter or Nero installed as well.

DVD decrypter is free and can be gotten here http://www.mrbass.org/dvdrip/

DVD decrypter will only burn ISO image files to disk, so have shrink create an ISO image and burn it with DVD Decrypter.

Nero isn't free, but comes with a free trial, once installed you can instruct shrink to burn the files to disk using Nero with the selected burner. Nero http://www.nero.com/nero7/enu/nero7-demo.php

This screen shot shows both options.

Note: Since the movie has already been stripped of all copy protection, shrink or DVD Decrypter aren't really necessary to make a backup of a backup. If you download Nero, I suggest you use it's DVD copy application to make a copy of the copy,.... also any other DVD backup software will do the trick as well.

This can also happen if you used cheap/poor quality media (usually produces a CRC error). Always use good stuff like verbatim, also make sure your drive has the current firmware installed to help it recognize media better. If a firmware update is available, you can get it here http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_search.php

Cheers.
