Swap Magic 3.6 problem with regions

Ok, I read on and on about how swap magic will allow you to boot backup up games from other regions.

I am in the NTSC region, and I have a backup up image (and burnt to dvd already) of GTA:Vice City Stories, which is PAL.

It booted perfectly, full color and everything (after choosing NTSC on swap magic), however, the game is too big for my tv screen!

The top/bottom are cut off about an inch.

Any suggestions? Patches i could use to convert it?

You could try converting using the
PAL to NTSC y fix tool
