any capture device will assuming it has the needed video input that your xbox uses as video output.

i have a Winfast TV 2000 XP card, its nice, but i dont make montages anymore so i dont use it.

So how do you upload the video? Do you do it while you are playing, and play off of your computer monitor? Or dose it have a video output?

mine runs in and goes through the software and you play on your monitor and it saves it as it goes. it has about a half second delay on the screen but once you get used to it its not that bad, it actually makes you better.
