Nope. Once you are banned, it's goodbye too all the Live features. You just won't be able to connect.

Yup, you cant go on Live.

As for the 'forever' part, stands true unless we find a backdoor...a workaround the fence.

Anyway they ban the mac address (I think thats what its called) thats built into the 360's. If we could find a way to reflash the chip on the motherboard that stores this info we could fix it, But why? then you have to be legit and cant play backups anymore or you would just be banned again. Could this chip be rewrote or replaced yes but its not worth the effort at this time. It would be no different then the old satelite hacking days reprograming tsop's and eeproms.

i modded mine like a month ago, im not band and all i play id the Halo 3 beta off of a backed up copy of crackdown.
