hi, a little water spilled on my psp and now my start and contrast button wont work. please help!

if its still under warranty, trade it in for a new one. if not, sell it back to sony

Have you tried taking off the faceplate to clean the buttons. You might just need to replace the ribbon. I'm pretty sure Sony doesn't replace something that was damaged by water since you were at fault for its disfunctionality. You can always brew up some kind of story though.
