On ebay i found a motherboard 3.10 oe thing. Im new to this but i know how to work a pc emulator i got a few questions...
1. Should I get this and will it work...?
2.What are the emulators i can use?
3.Can i put all psp games on it?
4.Is there anyway to copy the update 3.10 for my friends?
5. Can someone give me a link or explain to me how to work the emulators?
6.Can/Should i get it to 3.40 oe and will i risk my psp?

He means can he play an emulator on that firmware/motherboard.

And to answer your questions tylerscoo, yes. As long as the motherboard is working and uses a OE firmware your can play all types of homebrew, emulators included.

It is not terribly difficult if you follow the guides closely and are handy with a screwdriver. Their is no sautering required and all your doing is unhooking everything (UMD drive,speakers,etc) taking a screw or two off the motherboard (mobo),removing the old mobo, putting in the new mobo, and then hooking everything back up. I also a eBay seller selling firmware 3.10 OE-A working mobo's for $29.99 + $9.99 for shipping as a 'Buy It Now" auction. He has a 99.1% positive feedback rating. Heres the page for the auction....

Yeah it is cheaper to buy the 3.10 OE-A board and then on top of that you already have the ability to save it from bricking through the recover menu. So basically as long as you install it right you should never brick your psp. (there is always a small chance of bricking, but with the recovery menu should you brick you can save your PSP)
