i had a worm a while ago and it was infecting all my genictic volume level things and now hardly any volume come on i got rid of the worm but the volume files too :( now almost no volume comes on and yet it sounds normal in internet music (like the annoying runescape song)

can sum1 plez help

also i just tried formating my hd but it says iit dosent let me becuse there are programs accesing the area and i cant find the open programs where should i look
