DVD to VCD. Trouble w/ TMPGEnc

I'm trying to do a DVD to VCD. I followed the guide that afterdawn provides and managed to get the first part of the movie converted, but the rest of the files are not working once I put them on TMPGEnc. The VOB files are working when I enter them as the video sources, but I'm not finding any audio sources in my files that will work with TMPGEnc except the audio for the first VOB section. I used Smartripper first, then DVD2AVI, then TMPGEnc. The error I get when I try to enter an audio file is: "File (enter file name here. It doesn't matter. I tried them all.) can not open, or unsupported." Anyone know what I need to do?
