Hey all havin this problem with a softmoded xbox . I tried to change my default dash witch was avalaunch to xbmc I used xboxhdm 1.9 to unlock the hdd and that was fine replaced dash xbe files Then locked it afterwards now the box just frags ..But anyway xboxhdm gives me one password that works and then live info gives hole different password all together .. eg .. xboxhdm gives me a362422...so on and live info gives me 53E149F52BCEED9 ..not sure why or sure wich one to use.. But like i said xboxhdm does lock and unlock but the box just frags no error screen..Oh yeahmy bios is flashed xecuter2.. if that helps me or not ?
