I was looking at a list of psp firmware capabilities [url=http://www.psp-vault.com/images/guides/firmware_capability_v311_chart.png]here[/uml] and noticed Location Free TV AVC, what does it do?
I have firmware 3.03 OE-c so I guess I can't use it, wondering if it is worth upgrading.

you buy an adapter and plug it into your tv, then you connect to the adapter via wifi and it lets you watch the tv channel through ur psp.
