I forgot t mansion that the EPBOOTS are from ps1 not from psp. i just put some ps1 epboots they all work well but after that I'm facing these problems.

Anyway, I think you got a hardware problem. Go get it fixed at a repair place. I wouldn't send it back to sony, since you are on oe, they will flash it back to 3.40 and charge you for it :D
