hey, just wondering can you change the bios on a softmodded xbox?

In detail: I modded my xbox (not sure if its a 1.6 or not) with S.I.D5 and splinter cell...what my question realy is id the above one didnt make sense is, IS there a way to change that big Xbox blob (when u first start the xbox)to something else..ive hurd if u have a flashed xbox then u can change the bios but im realy confused about that, especialy cuz my box isnt flashed. thanx 4 the help.
