Can i reflash 2.2 Lite?

I soldered the Xecuter 2.2 Lite into my XBOX and fallowed all of the direction that were posted on xbox-scene.com The flash appeared to go ok and then the xbox shut down just as they said it would. We turned it back on and now it turns on and shuts off 3X and then starts with red and green flashing lights. Can we re-flash it? What did we do wrong? Please help me
