I have a broken xbox 360 that was manufactured on 12-5-05. It has the 3 lights of death and when I called microsoft they said I would have to pay $140. I have another xbox 360 that is still under warranty. Is it possible to fix the broken 360 with the other xbox 360 warranty?

what ur sayin is illegal and shouldnt be done but if hypothetically anyone were to do it u'd need to swap the cases and remove the serial number sticker on the usb part.... flip ur usb cover down on the faceplate and u'll see a sticker with the same serial thats on the back of ur case...hope u got a hairdry or soemthing to heat it up to take sticker off lol......and its wrong to do but i'm not condoning just stating what would be needed to ever do try an get away with the case swap.....

The serial number is also on the bottom of the metal case.
