1. make sure it is not modded
2. there should be something on the MS dash to set it up, If not then go to Xbox.com the official Xbox Live site.
3. Post in the Xbox section instead as you may get more answers
4. If all else fails then you can use Xlink Kai or XBconnect which are two free online gaming services.
