Go to your system settings, theme settings, select the first theme (january).

#1: 2.81 -> 3.03 -> 3.11 DoH (no more :D)
#2: 1.00 -> 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c
#3: Ceramic white 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c -> 3.40oe
Whatever happens, happens...

@papampam-That is because you dont have enough room on your flash memory...What did you use to free up space in flash0?? Did you use a flash agent at all? If not, you should consider it-do a search for "flash agent 007" and get the latest version..By running that program on your PSP, you free up enough space so you can alter your themes and such..You can also delete the contents of the "dic" folder in flash0 safely, and that frees up about 2.5MB of space as well..Make sure you back up your flash0 folder to your computer though, before making any changes...

@digarcia-what did you try? You have to use flash agent first to make room on your flash0 before you can change your themes..

Thats not good.....Are you sure you are not able to get into recovery mode at all?? It sounds like your flash files may have been deleted, and it didn't help that your computer was acting up either... And when you do turn the psp on, does it just show a black screen? If thats the case, then your PSP is bricked. You need to be able to get into recovery in order to replace those files so it will work again, but if you cant get into recovery mode, then you are stuck..

He was on 3.40OE, I think he deleted files in his flash0 without backing it up to make room for themes and messed up his psp..Ended up deleting the recovery file in the KD folder-so he can't even access it. Its bricked..

Ouch! Never play with Flash0 unless you know what you're doing :P

Personally, I just killed the fonts, I didn't need a huge amount of room to run a lil theme and I'm not going to use other languages so I manually went into flash0 copied and renamed the proper file, overwriting the other 2. If I need more room later I'll kill the camera, but I don't wanna get rid of stuff that might be useful later (GPS).

There are a few guides on freeing flash0 space that you can use, some programs (I wouldn't use the ones I saw because it seemed more complicated then manually changing flash0) that you could use as well though. If you need a link(s) just post here :)

Yeah the fonts, especially the japanese one take up alot of space...I used flash agent when I did mine, and then deleted the contents of the DIC folder in flash0, and "dummied" the fonts I dont use..I have about 5MB of free space to play with..

Well first of all...backup your flash0 before you even think about doing anything else!! Remember what happened last time you didnt backup your files?? Flash agent is very easy to use....all you have to do is install it into your GAME folder and run it from your psp menu-it does the work for you-the first time it runs, it will tell you that your flash0 space is low-and gives you the two options of linking the files..once you run the flash agent, and it clears up the space for you-you can then delete it from your memory stick...After flash agent runs, what I would do is then make another backup of your newly downsized flash0 and save it to your computer..You can also then delete the contents of the DIC folder in flash0 to gain an extra 2.5MB of space...If you need me to walk you through it, just PM me....

Flash agent will remove things like GPS (when released) and such though right?

I'm sure you could just replace your flash0 with the backup, but you might not even need that much room. If you're not doing anything extremely fancy then you can just replace the languages and that should be enough, though I'm not sure of the setup with m33, however I'd think flash0 would remain the same, or very similar.

No, flash agent just basically makes dummy copies of the gb3s1518.bwfon, and the jpn0.pgf files found in the font folder in flash0 that take up a bunch of space...It is also a program that you can use to dump your flash folders to your memory stick, and theres a few other useful apps as well...

If you dont feel comfortable with using flash agent, another option to free up space is doing the "dummying" yourself manually-

go into flash0, and locate this file:/font/ltn9.pgf -make two copies of this file and save them to your computer (in seperate folders of course) rename the first ltn9.pgf to gb3s1518.bwfon and the other to jpn0.pgf -place your newly renamed files back into the FONT folder in flash0...you just safely freed up 2.5MB of space for your themes and such-while you are in there, you can also delete the contents of the DIC folder as well...that will free up an additional 2.3MB of space safely....The only downside of "dummying" the fonts, and deleting the DIC folder files is if you are playing Japanese games-the font wont show correctly-but if you are like me, and dont know a lick of Japanese or play Japanese games for that matter, then dont worry about it.

As always- make a backup of flash0 before making any changes...and DO NOT delete any other files in flash0!!! Most downloaded themes files only go into the VSH/RESOURCE folder, and the FONT folder anyway-so there is no reason to even open any of the other folders in flash0 unless you are more of an advanced user...

/\/\ that's what I did :) I didn't like the way flash agent was explained on a thread.. had to load it, click a bunch of buttons to do what you could in a few clicks yourself.. that and I didn't need a tonne of room, there aren't a huge amount of 3.4oea themes that I can find atm anyways.
