Hi folks,
I need your help I have lost all the film and sports channels, the following message is displayed "scrambled or bad channel".

Any assistance greatly appreciated, however, I am a starview virgin and some of the posts I have seen on in relation to nagravision sounds like German to me, so any assistance in laymans terms please.

press menu
press 1570. this takes you into secret menu
Hit ok on nagravision
and change both keys 0, and key 1

Make sure your cable provider is listed at top N** or t******t ect
To change between the 2 keys
highlight key number press right and left

When key changed hit ok (To store) after each one..
(YOU MUST SAVE EACH KEY INDIVIDUALLY - I.E. AFTER CHANGING KEY 00 MAKE SURE YOU STORE BEFORE CHANGING KEY 01 (TO STORE PRESS OK)

If done full factory reset/scan dont forget to turn on EMU
>> DO NOT PRESS SET DEFAULT KEY OR WILL RESET KEY CHANGE ABOVE <<
Now exit and all channels ok

On the starview remote:

Pause button = Letter A
Audio button(next to pause!) = B
Red(sub) button = C
Green(next to Red!) = D
Yellow = E
Blue = F

To enter numbers use the numbers on the remote 0-9.
To move left or right use the navigation buttons left and right.
To confirm press ok.

Your virgin starview user was able to follow your very simple instructions. However, I still have another problem (which existed before i had to rekey) on the movie channels the sound and pictures are slighly out of zinc by several seconds. It is very off putting watching movies when there mouth has stopped moving and the speech ends several seconds later, I hope you understand what i mean.

you could try deleting the affected channels then do a manual scan with network scan enabled. this might sort your problem.
