I am from portugal and i have a pap version 3.11 I see in some sites something called version 3.11 OE is this the same as mine? 3.11=3.11OE? I dont get it... can anyone explain it to me... and I think I found what that can be a psp version 3.30 and 3.40 downgrade... it is said to be maid by dark axel.. is it true? http://www.dark-alex.org/

3.11 is the official sony firmware
3.11oe is custom firmware made be dark alex.
as for a downgrader, it will be on the way. just keep checking for it.

no you need to downgrade to 1.5 first. then go to oe firmware.

can I use any emulator in my version? play for exemple gba or nintendo 64 games? thank you a lot! and do is it good if i go to the OE later?

ye mate just keep looking for a downgrader to come out.
you can run emulators n iso's n so on with oe. loads better than sony.
