i have 2 xbox360 1 gat ban(NTSC) the PAL have a globe360 modchip when i play with origenal i play with the origenal frimware so they cant ban me .

can they ban me if i play offline with a diffrent hdd and gamertag
(backup disks) and when i want to play online i switch to the origenal HDD and my new gamertag and origenal game??
