After a few successful rips of Uncompressed VOB files (DVD Shrink), I renamed the files and changed the extension to .MPG

Although the files play fine, I noticed that without the IFO files also created by DVD Shrink, the time thing doesn't work at all, and only displays 00:00/00:01. The bar doesn't move either, although if I click on a part of the slider the movie will jump to the approximate location.

Is there anyway I can merge the IFO and VOB into one file without having to compress/encode into another format? One thing I like about DVD Shrink is its speed.. without any encoding, transcoding, or compression, it can rip a DVD very quickly. In any case, I prefer high DVD-quality movie files anyway.
