I have 3.03oe-c and Ii was wondering if I should upgrade it to 3.40oe-a

And whats the difference between 3.03oe-c and 3.30oe-a and 3.40oe-a

Yes u should upgrade. idk the difference between 3.30 & 3.40. but im on 3.30 and it is alot better than 3.03. and u can still customize it
