The significance of GTA Liberty City stories

Heya guys,

Whats the big significance of GTA LC stories, the unpatched version, in regards to Firmware and hacking, etc?

I managed to downgrade my psp and also got psx games emulating on it, but i also see posts on the need of GTA:LC.

The unpatched version has an exploit that you use to downgrade. The patched version fixes that exploit, so you can't use it.

The unpatched GTA is needed only to downgrade the 3.03
