because he told me at 9.32pm he was sending me an email and it hasn't arrived.My Sagem box which cost me £180 isn't working and my neighbour tells me Virgin has now stoped all DBoxes working

the whole of the uk was shut down last week. most people with the dodgy ntl smart cards have had to update theirs. this usually happens every few months and has got nothing to do with the virgin takeover.

most dboxes will work if you change the cam to evocam and wait for the picture to appear and then change back to newcam.

i have done the same and my friend has just done that and both the box work.
