are scene releases PAL or japanese only? and whats the best place to go visit to see what new games have been out earlier than the actual release date?

well it came out on the 24th in japan so im sure that has something to do with it. and as far as where to go to find newly released games? sorry but i cant help you. certain members here might rape me...

to find out if anything is out pre release date you can search on google and stuff, but we cant tell you where to download them.

I can tell you that the PAL version of Forza has been leaked or released.

a good site would be EBGames or Gamestop. You can see if games are released or "coming soon" and it will give you the pre-release ship date in the USA.

The reason that you see PAL or NTSC-J versions is because games release in different regions at different times. They usually release the NTSC version last. So be patient as it will surely be around by months end.
And never play a game on your console that has not been officially released yet. That is a really bad idea.

I was under the impression that the PAL releases usually come out a few days or weeks after the NTSC ones.

And why is it bad to play a game that hasn't been released. If you were to go on LIVE it might raise a few eyebrows, but even then, certain people (reviewers, testers, etc.) will have the game early.

No, it is not region free. There are 3 versions and they only work on that regions console.
And there are NTSC versions on certain sites today that are tested and working, one of wich includes the limited collectors edition with the 3 bonus cars :)
