Okay, It's kind of annoying seeing those corrupted data files show up under the game tab on my psp, so I'm trying to figure out what I don't need.
Two folders I'm looking at right now in the GAME folder are 303oeflasher and 303oeflasher, which, if I remember right, are the files I needed to update my psp to 3.03 OE-C. Also, do I still need that UPDATE folder in the GAME folder?

You can delete the files you used to install the firmware

So what about the % files next to my emulators?
Example:
Daedalus ---> Daedalus%
gpSP ---> gpsp%
snes9xTYL---> snes9xTYL%
Can I get rid of these? These are the only things that show up as "corrupted file"s

Do I need these files to run the emulators? I'm too afraid to delete them because I might brick my PSP...

You need it. It's part of an exploit to run it I believe. You can hide them in the recovery menu, there's an option there.

How do I get to the recovery menu? Can I get to it via the psp menu or do i need to look at the root menu on computer?

Okay my question was answered on another thread :). However, is there a way to rename those "corrupted files"?

no they need to be like that, ie they need the same name as the other folder, as well as the %.

So I can hide the % files in the recovery menu? I'm in recovery mode right now, should I open flash 0? where exactly can I put the % files?

You don't put the files anywhere, you just select the option to hide corrupted files
