hi guys i'm trying to back up epic movie and the disk plays on my regular dvd player and when i put it into the pc to start the pc dosen't even recognize that is a cd in the dvd/burner i also tried any dvd and no disk the same for fabdecripterhd any idea????

it doesn't recognize the dvd in the burner you used to burn it with or a dvd-rom?

Might need a firmware update?

have you tried restarting your PC?

this is the burner i always use i just used it before and after this dvd in fact i just tried to read another movie with no problem.Is a new computer
