Insert a NON accepted sim card.When it says phone restricted, press "undo."
It will ask for a restriction code,and enter the code in to the box on screen,and then input this code

?Cannot undo restriction? or ?Not allowed? means. After you have made 5 attempts or even 3 attempts on newer phones and failed, the phone displays that message, meaning that the phone is "hard locked." At this point, you will still be able to use the phone with the original provider, but you will not be able to unlock it by codes. You will need to take or send it to a professional for direct unlocking service.

?Cannot undo restriction? is what it said mate but i turned it off and back on and it will let me put another code in but im not about 2 do that and get it locked but i will have 2 take it 2 someone to get it unlocked

where abouts would i be able 2 get this done

You can take it to a local market or to a indepedant mobile shop, they unlock for a reasonable price

you can get the code from the blackberry imei server here
http://www.newmobilefreedom.com/blackberry-imei-unlock-p-99.html
you just submit your imei to the server and your sent back your blackberry unlock code. I got mine the same day I submitted my imei.
