Hi my xbox 360 wont Play any game but it plays dvd and music can anyone help?

If it is under warranty then send it into Microsoft and have them fix it. Something is surely wrong, possibly the laser pots are not tweaked right. But a novice should really not fool around with those.

I know how to open the machine properly but I would not know how to tweake the lazer pot, can you give me instructions I and computer tech. and I know how to mod most box so I have some knowledge for learning.

The info that comes up when you put a game in says inser a game, dvd,or cd open tray.

I would really have it professionally repaired. That is why they have a warranty. I am sure you are very capable of doing it but it is not really reccomended. But here is the tutorial anyway.
