Trouble Playing UMD in PSP

I recently upgraded to firmware 3.40 OE and now I cant play any UMD's. Also having issues with some ISO's & CSO's. Is there something i can do to fix this?

I believe i did. lol But i did manage to fix the umd issue. But I am having issues playing ISO and CSO games.
