Ok, i just bought a new xbox with Need for Speed Most Wanted and i have heard people talking about trainer for that game. I need someone to please, take the time to explain me what is a trainer, how can you get it and what do you need to installed. PLS HELP

Well i dont no to much about xbox but i no that a game trainer is basically cheats for a game for example i have some for Halo 2 and it makes it where u can jump high, infinite ammo, tiny, etc, but its kinda put on a xbox and my xbox is modded so i dont no if urs has to be modded or not thats all i no
