As the title says , what custom firmware would provide best results ? I have 3.02 OEB and so does my bro in law , we are both trying to get most of our ps1 games to work using popstation but we keep having to screw with everything with the firmware we are currently on.

Theoretically 3.40 should have the best compatibility after all of the bug fixes in pops sony released. However i know their are a few games that will not work on newer custom firmwares.
