Am I able to run games from the memory stick or do they have to be a certain file type. I have a game in the cso format that wont work. Also, I hear that Devhook is able to play these files but requires that I be in version 1.50 to install. Is there a way that I can go back from 3.40 OE-A that I updated to with Dark Alex's update?

You do not need devhook when you have cf. And the files have to be either cso or ISO

u but the iso/cso into a folder called iso right at the bottom of the ms folder

Also, you need to insert a game umd in the drive. Go to recovery menu, turn off NO-UMD option.

a lot of the games i download freeze at the loading screen. i don't have any umd's so i turned the no UMD option on. why won't they run on my 3.40 OE-A. and yeah is there a way to uninstall CF

Well, that's the problem. Just get an umd, and turn off NO-UMD.

P.S: yea you can recover to 1.5 with ease.

i tried to go into recoovery mode using both umds that i have ( untold legends 1 and ratchet and clank), still the psp freezes before i get to recovery menu.

yes i can get to the xmb, i was thinking, if a 3.50 custom firmware comes out do you think it will be clean install and fix this problem?

reinstall 3.40oe-a then just run the installer on ur psp agen
