Can't open DATA.BIN file in ISO

I've used magicISO and powerISO and both say they this isn't a disc image when I try to open it. I've read that I had to unpack it and tried to search for a way but they all have said what I've been doing.

I am having the same prob, I want to know what to do with the 2 folders i am left with PSP_GAME and UMD_DATA (bin file). Please help us out....

get umd gen use google then drag the data.bin and the psp_game file in and make a iso easy!

you can open the UMD_DATA.BIN file with the notepad

start umdgen drag and drop the PSP_GAME folder and UMD_DATA.BIN file to where it says "no items to show" and click save as iso or cso (compressed iso)
