My NOKIA 6030 locked on me and now it asked for a PUK code and I did not know about the limited tries and now it states "SIM CARD REJECTED".

what do I do?

Make/model phone: Nokia 6030 b
IMEI #: 010928/00/788986/8
Country the phone is locked in: United States
Provider the phone is locked to: Cingular
