hi. thanks for the quick reply. i have tried the code, but when i enter the final # it does not display the usual message. in fact it does nothing. if i press the green call button, it tells me that "call is not allowed"

please advise. thanks

1. Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
2. Press the UNDO option
3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
4. Enter the code given and then press (OK)
