I downloaded a file that has 52 rar files. My question is how do I combine the files together to get an ISO file. I an extract them but when they are thru extracting the say incomplete file. Thanks for any help in advance.

Most likely one (or more) of the parts is corrupt or you're missing parts. If the rars come with a .sfv file, you should run it through to tell you if you're missing any files. If you don't have a .sfv program, I'd suggest Easy SFV Creator.
