Thanks for the previous help now that i have used win rar i have been left with 2 files PSP_GAME and UMD_DATA.BIN

in the PSP_GAME folder are the following files

USRDIR FOLDER (INSIDE LOTSOF FILES)
SYSDIR FOLDER (INSIDE) EBOOT.BIN + BOOT.BIN
PIC1.PNG
PARAM.SFO
ICON1.PMF
ICON0.PNG

Just want to know what to do next to get it to work i think i eventually need a cso file? all my other games are cso format anyway

same happpened to me, the pros say that the unextracted file is the ISO, so i would just try to write gta.iso etc. on the main file. let me know if it works ok?

start umdgen drag and drop the PSP_GAME folder and UMD_DATA.BIN file to where it says "no items to show" and click save as iso or cso (compressed iso)
