Hi i have a psp with version 3.40 on it and i need help on putting downloaded game to it. Pease help me. Can i even play downloaded game with this vertion? If not can you tell me how to fix. Thanks

You need a custom firmware.

Well first you have to downgrade to let's say v1.50 then upgrade to whatever version you want using a custom version.
Note: There is no downgrader for vesion 3.40 firmwares yet, wait, I heard it will come out Fall 2007.

So i can't downgrade to any OE versions? Is there anything else i can do? Is v1.5 the only version that can play download able games? If there are any other lets my know please.Thanks again

well first you downgrade to v1.5 first then upgrade to any version you want, firmwares 1.5-2.8 can play homebrew, custom firmware-1.5-3.40

So there is not anyway to get v3.40oea on my psp if my version right now is v3.40? So then i can't play any download able game on my psp right on v3.40?

no sry, you can't right now, you should wait later this year for a downgrader beacause there working on one right now.
