PAL to NTSC Converter

I'm using all NTSC stuff with a PAL game. I can play the game with console mods but the picture doesn't come out clear on my NTSC TV. The only converters I can find are expensive. Does anyone know where I can get a cheap PAL to NTSC converter? Or if anyone has one they're not using I'd like to buy it from you.
