Upgrading from 3.03 OE - C to 3.40 OE A but... I have a question

I am thinking about updating from 3.03 OE C to 3.40 OE A, but I have a question. I am currently using a theme that I really like. If I upgrade, will it reset, or will my themes and custom stuff stay the same? Please reply, Thanks

It will format Flash so u wil losses everything. unless u backup your theme files

then, ummm, can u tell me how to backup my themes? I also have gameboots and stuff, so can u teach my how to back them all up? Thanks

For the icons you have to convert them to work on 3.40...search cuz i forgot where it is its somewhere on this site theres a thread.
