Try link above it guide u through the downgrade. Then when u got 1.50 download the custom firmware
http://rapidshare.com/files/34934082/PSP_3.40_oe-a_firmware.rar
when u go there scroll down and click free wait when u get a choice the download from leave it as is. go down and type in the number and letters it says no space and cpital sentive then click download and it will download. Extract the file u just download with WinRAR u should get 2 files after extract put those files in PSP/GAME/(the 2 folders) then launch it and agree

psp-hacks.com and pspupdates.qj.net to play ISO you will need custom firmware. Put custom firmware in the game folder to install like any homebrew files. You can download psp iso and just put them in the ISO folder. You see iso folder when u have custom firmware and format your memory stick. You will have to turn on No-UMD in recovery mode(in custom firmware hold R and turn on your PSP. then go to config and enable use no-umd. Only games around 700MB work most of the time. To play PS1 games they have to be converted and also need custom firmware. The PS1 games also goes in the game folder... I cant give direct links to download psp iso or ps1 games on psp. But u can find them eaisly by googling psp iso. Once again custom firmware is the second link in my sig labled 3.40 oe-a

ISO goes in the iso folder which is the root where the folder PSP is located.(Need Custom firmware i.e. 3.40 OE-A firmware) Games and emulator goes in X:/PSP/GAME were x is the drive letter. Most of the emulators comes with 2 folders. One with a % and onw without for example. For example if u downloaded a file extract the content of it you see folder snes9x and snes9x% put both of those folders in PSP/GAME. snes9x was just an example your emulator/homebrew will have differnet names.

Yea for emulaotrs u will have to find the emulator and a rom that is supported by the emulator. Not sure if aero fighter 3 is a mame rom... but if it is, it should work since most emulators do work. Also some emulators require the bios (game system firmware) cant think of any besides gpsp (gba emulator).

It depends on the emulator where to put the roms... mostly you would out it in the folder WITHout the % sign. Unless it have a folder in it that says Rom u put it there. for roms just google roms your will find a lot of sites. to download like say all the roms to atari and stuff check out Bit torrents. google Bit torrent and research a bit about that. Its like P2P programs (P2P ie limewire)
